We are also proud to have won the ESPN Great Chef Tailgate Showcase twice, in 2022 and 2024, competing against 30 other top restaurants and caterers in South Florida.

Catering Director – Pablo Rodriguez
Pablo Rodriguez brings strategic vision and leadership to his role as Catering Director. With a background in business and an MBA in Sports Marketing and Entertainment, Pablo has developed a career focused on hospitality, events, and client engagement.
He has successfully grown catering operations by leveraging marketing and business tools to strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Pablo is dedicated to ensuring every event reflects the company’s commitment to quality, creativity, and a seamless client experience.

Executive Chef – Cristiane Brito

Cristiane Brito brings passion and creativity to every event she leads. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she discovered her love for cooking at a young age, learning traditional techniques from her family before pursuing formal training at a renowned culinary school in Miami. Her diverse career includes work as a private chef, in large-scale catering, and in healthcare dining services.

 
A two-time winner of the ESPN Great Chef Tailgate Showcase (2022 and 2024), Cristiane is known for blending bold international flavors with refined presentation. She continues to push culinary boundaries while striving to deliver memorable dining experiences for every client.
Catering Chef – Felipe Muñoz
Felipe Muñoz is an accomplished Catering Chef with extensive experience leading culinary teams in South Florida’s top hotels and restaurants. A graduate of Universidad San Francisco de Quito’s culinary arts program, he is known for his innovative approach and disciplined execution, bringing creativity and precision to every catered event.
He has showcased his talent at prestigious venues such as the James Beard House and collaborated with influential chefs across the Americas. At Owls Catering, Felipe focuses on designing thoughtfully crafted menus that turn each event into a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
